Alicia Diamond started at the operator level -- running a regional chain of gelato cafes before the term "fractional COO" existed. She went on to lead operations at venture-backed technology companies across fintech, consumer brands, manufacturing, and software, where she learned what happens when you bring big-company discipline into a business that needs to move.
